Ingredients
30 Club crackers (rectangle shaped)
8-10 slices of Daily’s Thick Cut Bacon
½ cup brown sugar
Red pepper chili flakes, to taste
Preparation
Preheat oven to 350 °F
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper
Place crackers on parchment paper
Cut bacon into thirds, and place each piece in the center of each cracker length wise.
Sprinkle a heaping of brown sugar on each slice of bacon.
Sprinkle a small amount of red pepper chili flakes on each cracker, to taste.
Bake for 15 to 20 minutes or until brown sugar is melted and bacon is crisp. Allow crackers to cool before serving.
