8oz (1/2lb.) Daily’s® Peppered Thick
Cut Bacon (crisp & chopped)
1 1/2 cups Mayonnaise
2 Tbsp Fresh Lemon Juice
1 Tbsp Fresh Chopped Parsley
1 Tbsp Black Pepper, coarse ground
1 tsp Hot Pepper Sauce
1 cup Crumbled Blue Cheese
2-4 Tbsp Buttermilk
16oz (1lb.) Daily’s® Peppered Thick Cut Bacon
1 Each Iceberg Lettuce (quartered)
1 1/2 cups Yellow and / or Red Grape tomatoes, halved
1/4 cup Red Onion (finely chopped)
Mix all dressing ingredients in medium bowl... with the exception of the Blue Cheese Crumbles and Buttermilk.
Add Blue Cheese and 2 Tbsp Buttermilk, stir until well blended. If too thick, thin with additional buttermilk, 1 Tbsp at a time to desired consistency.
Cook bacon in large skillet or in oven (375 degrees) over medium heat until golden brown and beginning to crisp, chopped into 1 inch piece.
Arrange lettuce on plates. Spoon dressing over. Using slotted spoon, transfer warm bacon from skillet onto salads, dividing equally. Garnish with tomato & red onion. Serve immediately.
