Bacon Brussels Sprouts

Prep Time: 20 minutes

Serves: 6 servings


  • 1 1⁄2 lb. Fresh Brussels Sprouts, trimmed & halved
  • 8-10 each Daily’s® Pepper Thick Cut
  • Bacon, cut into 1 inch pieces
  • 2 Tbsp Sherry or Apple Cider Vinegar
  • To taste Kosher Salt
  • To taste Ground Black Pepper


  1. Fry the bacon in a skillet over medium-high heat, until rendered and crispy.
  2. Take the bacon out of the pan (set aside until needed). Reserve / save bacon fat.
  3. Add the brussels sprouts to the pan, stir them until they're nicely coated in the bacon grease, and cover the pan with a lid. Cook for approximately 5 minutes.
  4. Add the bacon back into the pan. Deglaze with sherry vinegar. Continue to cook (uncovered) to desired color / doneness.
  5. Season with salt & pepper if needed.
  6. Serve immediately.
